I know how it feels to be lost, burnout and out of control and it is a scary place. Big life transitions such as career changes, having a new child, moving house peri-menopause are all life stages that make us feel burnt out and 'not ourselves'.
This is where we start to panic and act on every thought that comes into our mind and every action is less and less thought out and usually our physical fitness habits and nutrition start to slide.
That is where my coaching philosophy comes in. A stand alone fitness programme does not set you up for long term success and in my Empowered programme you receive emotional support, education, fitness programmes and much more.

Empowered is a six week coaching programme designed to develop your mindset about your approach to your fitness and nutrition and how to achieve your goals into your busy life. Having all the knowledge and doing all your own research does not support the human element of going on a transformative journey. As busy women we are navigating transitions such as careers, children (both entering and leaving the nest!), peri and menopause and everything else in between! There becomes a point where we have to make a decision.
To choose to Empower ourselves
Once you have that urge, that something needs to be done, it will be playing on your mind - maybe you are there now as you are reading this. Not happy with your body or fitness level. This is where you get to decide - do you want to be committed to making a change?
You need to be willing to make changes to what you are currently doing and that does not come easy - this is why my coaching support will be fundamental to you achieving your success. My coaching is evidence based where we together develop meaningful goals in both your fitness and life. Coaching is a safe space to be vulnerable, to explore yourself and a place to hold yourself accountable to reflect and grow. We become more aware of our emotions and develop resilience towards achieving goals.
I specialise in women who are feeling lost in both their lifestyle and fitness goals, struggling with fat loss and making fitness part of their lifestyle. I refuse to let you believe and succumb to accept it is all down hill after 40! I help real women with busy lives, just like me, just like you!
